Privacy draft
Status
This is a draft for review, not a finished privacy policy. Publish a final version before the pilot opens. The site operator named here is Memtack (operator). Confirm the legal entity before publication.
No contact address is invented on this page. The final policy should name one.
What this site is
memtack.com is a marketing site and a waitlist for Memtack. Memtack is shared project memory for a software team and its coding agents. The product itself does not have accounts on this site.
What the waitlist stores
If you submit the form, the server stores your email address and the language of the page (English or Turkish) in the waitlist. The form also asks for team size and which agents you use. Those answers are checked, then dropped. They are not stored. This form does not ask for a consent flag, and none is stored.
The server uses the IP address of the request in memory to limit repeated submissions. That address is not written into the waitlist entry. The in-memory counters reset when the process restarts.
Why
The list exists so we can write to teams when the pilot opens. We do not sell the list, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Cookies and accounts
This marketing site does not set analytics cookies or advertising cookies. Joining the waitlist does not create a product account.
How long
Waitlist entries stay until the pilot list is deleted, or until a removal request can be honored. The final policy will name the address for removal requests. This draft does not invent an inbox.
Where it is stored
The site server creates the waitlist entry in Directus. The browser does not send the entry to Directus itself. The final policy should name the hosting region once it is chosen.
